So then, I guess, we must come to the microbiome, you know the expression in your gut as well, right? Because there are certain kinds of bacterias as well that can actually help promote better digestion because they're taking care of the digestive tract. Is essential.
Yeah, absolutely, I mean there is one bacteria called Propatela, which exists in our Gut so we're ready but when we eat fermented foods, like Kambucha..

Yeah, Kimchi, or you know Sauerkraut is one of my favorites. When you eat these fermented foods, what begins to happen is the concentration of this bacterial colony begins to increase, and they contribute actually very significantly to weight loss.

Yeah! bacteroides. Not to be mistaken with the one that's shorter... Bacteroidetes. But the thing is that... you know, These are essentially found in like all source of living organisms and the interesting thing is that, you know, meat eaters tend to have higher proportions in these type of bacteria, but interestingly enough, what we're also finding now is that beans can actually help increase and colonize this type of bacteria, so you know, they say, beans are the magical fruit, the more you eat the more you chew. I mean, it's true, beans can actually help save the vegans and vegetarians, as well in this case because it can actually... you can colonize these types of bacteria, by eating lots of beans.

Yeah, which is why you know, this low carb diet is amazing. Tim Ferris, actually, mentioned this in the 4 hour body, which is, you know a book all about bio-hacking and everything, its amazing alternative, for the Ketogenic diet, because you are allowed to eat carbs, in the form of legumes, lentils, and beans, however, that's like the only forms you're allowed in this diet, otherwise you're eating like mostly no carb, almost very low carb vegetables, like green vegetables, like broccoli and Bok choy and like spinach and basically a lot of like fats...
And a lot of green vegetables, have a lot of fiber right?
Yes, yeah, so honestly, it's one of my favorite diets, because, it makes complete sense from a nutritional standpoint in terms of like completion of all your macros, and all your like micronutrients, so it's really really good, but basically what we're doing is, we're inducing a state of Ketosis, so now, why is Ketosis amazing, for you overall, Well even tho people mostly believe that, the Ketogenic diet is the only way, to enter your body into a state of Ketosis, we'll actually be sharing a lot of incredible information, proving that, there's many other ways to enter into a state of Ketosis, some arguably even better and more impactful, so basically, Ketosis.... why do you want to be in this state of ketosis? Lets just talk about that for a minute, well.. basically Ketosis is amazing for your brain, its amazing for weight loss, its amazing for age reversal, and for your cognitive health as well, so basically, you know, people think that Ketogenic diets are a fad, they're something completely new, however, variations of the Ketogenic diet were actually used on children with epilepsy in the 1920's to basically see improvement in the symptoms of epilepsy, and it worked, beautifully. And actually this may, you know, summary research says this may even date back to the biblical ages, so how does that work exactly? So, basically, coming back to the oxidative stress, your body can produce energy through two different primary methods, one is Glycolysis, and the other is Ketosis, so basically what happens with Glycolysis is that your body is breaking down carbohydrates to create ATP which is adenosine triphosphate, it's basically the molecule that our body creates, to provide us with energy for cellular processes and energy throughout the day, so in the state of Glycolysis what you're doing is you're producing Glycogen, and that Glycogen gets stored in the liver, now, one of the things that Glycolysis is, is that Glucose actually oxidizes so it actually increases oxidative stress in your body and oxidative stress in your brain, which is what actually leads to Asian Gray, but basically with ketosis, you're not doing that, you're actually producing,... the liver ... because there aren't enough Glycogen levels, to sustain ATP Synthesis, what happens is the liver begins to use, fatty acids either from your diet, or going into the adipose tissue in your body, which is like fat tissues in your body, and breaking them down to create these fatty acids and Ketones, and these Ketones like you know, Hydroxid Buterates or Acetones, basically what they're doing is, they're providing your organs and your brain with energy, so basically the higher level of Ketones, the more energy you're getting for being in a state of Ketosis, and Ketosis is actually way more effective, it has much more oxygen per Unit, than Glucose, which is beautiful because you're not only you know, reversing, or decreasing oxidative stress, you're actually more energized than ever before, which is amazing. its like your body is in a state of healing and I'm just blown away I'm absolutely blown away by Ketosis and what it is, it literally is the answer to antiaging, to age reversal, and what one of the other amazing things is that, these ketones, actually prevent the oxidative stress, in your brain, so O2 molecules remained stable and they're not oxydazing, and basically the best ketone that is shown to do this, is actually Beta Hydroxybutyrate, which is 4 times more effective than other Ketones and basically what you are doing is you're reversing that you're preventing these oxidative substrates and now it's no wonder then that, basically people with Alzheimer, people with Parkinson, people experiencing neuro degenerative decline, start seeing such improvements in their learning and memory, in their cognitive function , and it's just beautiful, and another thing that these beta Hydroxybutyrate do, its that they basically increase the production of Glutathione Peroxidase and Glutathione, ladies & Gentlemans is like one of my favorite antioxidants, because it literally it's the answer to everything, it's the most amazing antioxidant that you can ever think of, and now you're producing more Glutathione Peroxidase because of your body being in a state of Ketosis,and that's just amazing. So then for someone who is, I guess on that Ketogenic diet, are there sort of things you can do? Because I'm sure that you know, you wanna keep track of the nutrition.....and the minerals... the minerals that your body is getting, I mean they may.. be also be... doing it for other reasons like weight loss, and you know, having better digestion , but are there things that they should be watching out for?

Okay, you know so there's obviously people who sort of start to pick their diets, there's vegetarians, there's even meat eaters, you know? I've sort of been right balanced and sometimes I even go for the things I kind of crave for, I'll be honest , however, because of that, growing up I ended up you know getting a lot of digestion challenges, you know, real digestive troubles, and you know it didn't affect me in terms of weight but it did affect me in terms of digestion, and all sorts of challenges that I was going through in the Gut but what was really interesting was the way I had to go about you know finding those solutions, was really holding in on my digestion, getting the fundamentals down so that your Gi Tract is strong you know? And that's a really really important thing your ability to cleanse is so essential.

Yeah and before we even dive into the cleanses like you are absolutely right, your Gut Health, your Gastrointestinal response, this are all very important factors to first take care off, before anything else, basically I was reading this study that you know, the average person actually has 25 pounds of toxin build up within their body and you know, basically that's contributing to 25 extra pounds but not just because of that toxic overload your body is unable to metabolize all the nutrients efficiently you know, breakdown fats properly even like you know, keep up bowel movements regular, so it all begins really with amazing detox and you know, I really believe in at least a seasonal detox, while doing like a maintaining detox, to probiotics and stuff a real switch for your Colon, is very very important, and it's like the most amazing ingredients that you can use are Prebiotic Fiber, you know there's psyllium husk, marshmallows, Senna Leaf , Slippery Elm, Alum Root, there's aloe vera which is really amazing, and basically even Cayenne Pepper, it kind of you know gets your system going.
