INTRO

The vibrational frequency of your heart.. Just becomes..  In coherence with the vibrational frequency of your mind..  

You have like..certain points..  In your chakras.. And then you can connect.. Specific points with each other..  

And so basically.. With this Kundalini energy..  It's a Coiled Serpent waiting to be awaken… 

Just bringing awareness and realizing that…  you’re in fact…  separate from those thoughts..

Something I love to do is just.. breath with my heart, so if you just like...... 

(Breathing)......

........ breathe with your heart.

 

Ahh, this is great  because you're actually not feeling dependent on meditation necessarily because you're allowing for a way to create mindfulness. 

 

Uhum...

 

Breathing is..

 

...Is amazing, because... opening still happen when  you breathe with your heart... is that vibrational frequency  of your heart, just becomes in coherence with the vibrational frequency of your mind,  and now there's coherence, heart-  brain coherence,  and it just feels, really , really good... and you can feel yourself sinking in  deeper and deeper.

 

And as well there are those thoughts, right?  So if you have thoughts in certain areas of your brain, and things like that,   just bring awareness and realize that, you are in fact, separate from those thoughts...  

 

Yeah..

 

And now all of a sudden, just identifying that you know how to  just...  to let go..  

 

Yeah and it's  crazy because like... in this state you're actually able to see all these geometric patterns,  and colors...

 

Yeah, you can sort of breathe because you have  this sort of chakra system that  starts at the base of your spine, and essentially you're starting from that perineum and you can actually ascend that energy as well too so you can  really start to play with the energy... you know.. harmonize differently,  areas and regions right?  

 

And .. uhm.. you know.. this was actually... part of the upanishads.. which is like the sacred indu texts,  that only a select few where even like... it was only made that knowledge .. it was only made available to  a specific group,  and I can see why because,   you know.. they probably wanted to like...  keep the collective consciousness,  around the texts very sacred... But yeah... so basically... the upanishads .. it basically.. a few groups of a few sages decided to just journey inward  because they wanted to expand their consciousness, so basically this is like years and years  and years of meditation,  and then they wrote the  upanishads  so basically that's the wisdom....that they tune into  you know.. upon years of meditation...  so the upanishads are pretty sacred texts and basically you know we had..  yogi passion who brought the practice of  kundalini yoga and you know.. Kundalini energy into North America...which is part of these sacred texts,      the  upanishads. So basically Kundalini  practices are amazing because...  they date back to so many years..  

 

 Wow... that's incredible...   I love the fact... you know.. you know these things...  because it also helps me... while I'm also listening.. this is really just incredible....  

 

Yeah.. and so basically what this Kundalini energy is.... a coil serpent waiting to be awakened and basically  when the serpent awakens you have this Kundalini energy... which is so massive...  and you know.. so high magnitude..  now begins to travel up, and then it goes through your sacred heart...  so that's why the more you...  tune into opening your heart,   the more that energy can travel..  and basically once it makes its way... you know.. through the heart... it obviously travels up  the third chakra and then goes to the third eye chakra... and now your third eye chakra opens...  and you know...

 

Lets, lets.. just... you know what... lets even do away from the concepts  that everyone knows... lets even talk about what we feel... because I think that's what people are so intrigued by ... because I'll tell you right now... there have been times right that like... literally like.. just the hardness right there in the forehead and you know.. almost like somethings... like trying to.... like you know with the energy... but the interesting thing is  when you start to direct that energy a little bit more...  it can move to the crown... to the top of the head..   it can feel almost like a little... you know.. tingling over there.... tingling sensation...  or if you're directing it to the back of the head....  you feel something very different as well...   

 

Yeah... yeah you're right.....  absolutely yeah.... and the same goes to your heart...  you can feel different sensations in your heart...  the more you tune in... and  yeah it's beautiful because...  you get to experience all of these feelings....   in so much more intensity...

So like...

 

Lets see now.... 

 

Feelings of love and oneness   ..

 

So I’m.. just basically...  like... so I have my heart and I have my awareness ...    let's start from there… so, now, if I'm now..  feeling that energy,     I can really.. start to increase the awareness because through the heart I can actually feel that energy... so now I'm opening my heart. It's much easier to actually build that energy and actually form it around you...

So, one of the interesting exercises  ... this is actually from...  one of  Tom Kenyon's books .. and interestingly enough... there's 2 really books... good books.. The Arcturian Civilization as well as the   

 

Hathor Material.

 

.. Hathor Material.. so they talk about,   you know having a primitive holograph,  which is crazy because...  you have one point in front of you...  one point behind you...  one point to the right..  one point to the left,   and so you have that... and then at the same time..  you got a point above you and you got a point below you...    and you can feel this sort of like this capsule...  almost like a sort of... holographic 360 degree capsule... and the more awareness you build...  the more it starts to  form itself right? 

 

Yeah...

 

Another interesting thing is...  feeling sort of....  like a Pranic Tube, right?  so you have like … certain points... in your chakras...   and then you can connect specific points with each other...  so maybe you can take through like an example....   of maybe with the heart and the brain like you were talking about right? 

 

Feeling like a Pranic Tube?

 

Yeah like...     just having a tube going  from one.. one area to another...   

 

Yeah so basically what  happens is...  the energy travels   in two different directions...  so basically it's like...  the energy from your heart is traveling to your brain... and the energy from your brain is...   traveling to your heart.....but it even goes a step further.. like from the Cosmos actually... so basically this energetic exchange..  it's almost like … cyclical... and now the cyclical energetic exchange  is just going the magnitude of this energy....   

 

Uhmm, and you can... you can.... receive right?  I mean if you have your palms up...  you know you can even...  you can even receive information.  and you can actually like... you know.. receive guidance... receive help... this can be great for a lot of things....   I mean... if you're going through... anxiety, depression...  you can decide to shift that entire state right there in that minute...   as you shift that state you feel something different... and I guess its about holding on to that feeling...  it's like okay... this is a good feeling..  you can feel it is a meditative state... it has its own awareness...  its building up... and what ends up happening is.... as you start to breathe...  you can actually start to feel this sort of....  etheric life force within you....  

 

Yeah... the breath is very important..  

 

The breath is really important and you can actually... build that up so if you..  (breathes)  if you actually start to breathe, involving the heart... throughout your spine...  but have also started to engage  with your belly.. you start to breathe through the belly... (breathes) and as you start to do that you can continue to do that....  over and over and over....  from five to 10 minutes and then you can involve the chest too,    so you raise the chest a little bit... belly.... then chest.... (exhales)  it's like a wave... just think about a wave right? And Imagine being just this...  sort of endless motion, there's no start or stop ... it doesn't have to be inhaled, exhaled ... it has to be just one...  (breathes) .............. So you might feel some tingling... and you might feel something raising up....    you might even feel a little bit of cloudiness in your head... that's okay too...   if you keep doing this...   for maybe you know... 10-15 minutes.. however long you want... until you're comfortable...  you're gonna feel this sense of oxygenation...  and you're not gonna need to breathe...   as much.... maybe not even at all...  because you're gonna have  that stillness within you and you're gonna start to enjoy that stuff....  it's not gonna feel like you're holding your breath, right?.....    And the key is really... in that stillness .. is where a lot of that magic happens...     because your body is just sort of...  relaxed and settled...

We could do this all.. all day right?    

 

Yeah.... Just that journey and  it's so amazing... so beautiful...  

 

It's a state right?    

 

Yeah...

 

It's a state change..

 

Yeah....
